Interview appointment times will be made available for conditionally accepted candidates to book at enrollment centers on the first Monday of each month. These appointment slots are made available by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and Trusted Traveler Programs.
Appointments will be made available on the TTP dashboard for applicants to view and access beginning at nine in the morning local time.
TTP director Michael Millich issued a statement in which he said, "Given the unprecedented demand and continued interest in TTP, CBP is at an inflection point, where we must provide consistent, efficient, and accessible processing methods for applicants to select an appropriate enrollment option." Millich's comments were made in response to a question regarding the current state of the program. "This includes making certain that a coordinated release of interview appointments is carried out consistently."

Enrollment on Arrival
Enrollment on Arrival is a service provided by CBP that allows applicants who have been conditionally authorized to finish the interview process after returning to the United States from another country.
Finishing the enrollment process does not need you to schedule and participate in a formal interview in an enrollment center. Instead, you can end the registration process at one of 65 airport sites while you are traveling home.
You will need to go to the customs line to finish this process, just as you would do to complete the immigration process upon your return to the United States after an overseas vacation. From that point on, go through the airport following the signage for the "Enrollment on Arrival" lanes. If you do not notice these signs, you should inquire with a CBP representative. During the process of determining your admissibility, an agent will conduct and finish your interview.
Check again to ensure that this service will be available during the time that you intend to arrive, as interviews with the EOA are only permitted during specified hours.
Appointments made at the last minute or on the day of
If you are unable to book an interview for the Monday release, you should look into other mornings to see if any last-minute vacancies have become available due to cancellations on the day of the release.
Scanner for Appointments
If you are unable to schedule the Global Entry interview appointment you require using the standard means of scheduling, you might want to think about using an alternative service, such as Appointment Scanner.
Users pay $29 to receive appointment alerts for one month (up to 25 per day) based on last-minute cancellations and freshly released appointments at 20 or more enrollment centers. These alerts can be used at any enrollment location.
It "can't promise you'll be able to schedule an interview," but it will issue a refund to any consumer who is dissatisfied with the service during the first thirty days.
Bottom line
Travelers who have already applied for Global Entry should find that the appointments that are made available on the first Monday of each month should assist them get access to the program more quickly.
Despite this, we anticipate that these appointments will move along at the same rapid pace that is typical for ordinary Global Entry visits.
