Next month, one of Dubai's most luxurious new hotels will open, and here is a sneak peek inside the property before it does so.

Welcome to Atlantis the Royal, which will be opening its doors on February 10 and featuring Nobu's first pool club concept as well as spectacular Sky Pool Villas.

Palm’s pink castle

The visitors will soon be able to see the pink castle of Atlantis the Palm as they get closer to the man-made island of Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. Just beyond Atlantis the Palm comes the brand's newest hotel, which will open on February 10 but has already established itself as an iconic addition to the city's sparkling cityscape. This hotel is Atlantis the Royal, and it is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The stacked boxes that make up Atlantis the Royal are meant to imitate a collapsed tower. Kohn Pedersen Fox, an architecture firm based in New York City, was responsible for the design. It has the appearance of an elevated Lego creation, but instead of plastic, it is created from thousands of tonnes of concrete, steel, and glass, which culminates in a megaresort that is 1,640 feet in length and 584 feet in height.

It is instantly apparent upon arriving that the Atlantis the Royal is a very different resort from the other Atlantis resorts that we are familiar with, even if the contemporary architecture should have previously been a clear indication of this. The cheesy references to the ocean and Plato's mythical island have all but disappeared, with the exception of a trio of fish tanks located in the lobby. An opulent environment that is decked out in white Calacatta Oro marble and gold accents can be reached through the doorway that is adorned with waterfall walls that erupt random plumes of fire at random intervals. A mirrored sculpture called Droplets, which represents the first drop of rain in a desert and blossoms up to the almost 40-foot-high ceiling, can be seen in the centre of the room. On either side of the sculpture are raindrop-shaped pendant lights that are hanging over luxurious seating configurations.

Sky Pool Villas

The water-inspired motif is carried throughout the hotel's 795 guest rooms, each of which is bright, spacious, and decorated in shades of blue. Each of the apartments comes complete with opulent white marble bathrooms, stand-alone tubs, smart privacy glass, Frette robes, and Aqua and Graff amenities in addition to private balconies that are fully furnished and offer views of either the Persian Gulf or Palm Island. In addition to having greater space available to them, guests staying in suites also receive complimentary airport transfers, check-in service in the comfort of their own rooms, and butler service around the clock. However, the Sky Pool Villas and penthouses are where you should stay for the most luxurious experience. These accommodations come with separate living and dining spaces, expansive terraces that are fitted with infinity pools, and luxurious Hermès toiletries.

Dubai,

In addition to establishing a reputation for being the best place to stay in Dubai, it is anticipated that the resort will also emerge as a popular destination for both food and entertainment. There is a wide variety of options available, as there are 17 restaurants and bars. Estiatorio Milos is a well-known Mediterranean seafood restaurant that was created by the renowned chef Costas Spiliadis and overlooks Skyblaze, a fountain that spews water, fire, lights, and music. Dinner by Heston Blumenthal is another option for fine dining, and it comes with an accompanying lounge where craft cocktails are paired with a curated snack. Other restaurants that stand out include Ariana's Persian Kitchen, which is run by Iranian-American chef Ariana Bundy, Jaleo, which serves Spanish cuisine and is run by acclaimed chef José Andrés, Mich Turner's Little Venice Cake Company, where you can pick up a sweet confection to go or order a custom creation to commemorate a special occasion, and Jaleo, which serves Spanish cuisine and is run by acclaimed chef José Andrés.

Nobu

There are three exceptional restaurants for those who want to enjoy their meal while listening to music provided by a DJ spinning records in the background. Cloud 22 is an exclusive rooftop bar, day club, and restaurant that is exclusively for adults. It has several infinity pools with floating daybeds, 15 VIP cabanas, each with its own private oasis, panoramic views over Palm Island, and a French Mediterranean menu. While this is going on, those who are fans of Nobu will be excited to read that the world-famous chef has opened his first pool and beach club concept at Atlantis the Royal. Guests can enjoy nibbling on sushi and other Japanese delicacies while lying in the sun at this new establishment. At the Tao Group's Ling Ling, contemporary Asian cuisine is served in an environment with a high level of energy, and there is a private lounge with bottle service available to keep the party going.

Atlantis the Palm

Guests will have access to a state-of-the-art exercise centre that is outfitted with Technogym equipment along with other thoughtful facilities such as a massage gun and refreshments to complete out their experience. The Awaken spa features an incredible variety of facilities, such as a chromotherapy room, a Himalayan salt sauna, a steam room, outdoor and indoor relaxation lounges, a vitality pool, a hammam, and experiential showers to complement your treatment. These facilities are available for guests seeking some rest and relaxation.
