Describe Burns Night.

 One of the most well-known authors in the nation, Burns was born and raised in Scotland in the eighteenth century, and is best known as the author of the song "Auld Lang Syne." Scots celebrate the occasion each year with a Burns Supper that features a lot of traditional fare and attire (think kilts, haggis, and whisky).

What time is Burns Night?

Every year, Burns Night falls on January 25. While this is not ideal for someone observing Veganuary or dry January, it is a terrific opportunity to abandon all restraint.

Celebrate Burns Night in London with a special dinner including traditional Scottish fare prepared at Galvin Bar and Grill by Michelin-starred chefs Chris and Jeff Galvin. The main course is a Scottish short rib stewed in Buckfast, served with rumbledethumps, a hearty potato, cabbage, and an onion side dish.
