Since 2018, Bermudian chef Richard Zuill has pushed the food of Hamilton Princess & Beach Club to new heights, drawing inspiration from his training in Austin, Texas. Hamilton Princess & Beach Club is located in Hamilton. Zuill's abilities reflect a wide and fruitful career, from creating inventive seaside barbecues (complete with instructions on building a campfire) to making the best seafood chowder and Caribbean Johnny bread in the style of scones.
On Friday, March 17, Condé Nast Traveller and the Bermuda Tourist Authority will be hosting a party at The Hoxton, Holborn in London to celebrate some of the island's most well-kept culinary secrets. At a supper club that shows off the best of the island's food, guests will be greeted with signature Goslings Rum cocktails, like the famous Dark and Stormy and Rum Swizzles, before trying some of Bermuda's best traditional dishes in a pairing session.

Tickets are available for a limited number of people for £70 per person, which includes a cocktail reception and a special tasting meal paired with wine. Book here.
